TO PLAY: Commencing on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 12:00am EST, participants may visit the Contest page at globalpetfoods.com each day between the Contest Opening Date and the Contest Closing Date and enter a valid email address to receive one (1) digital Contest Scratch Card for that day. This Contest is held online only.

Each Scratch Card contains one (1) scratch section (“Scratch”), that when uncovered on screen, reveals a Prize message. A prize message will describe the specific prize available to be won. To claim your prize, refer to instructions which follow under General Rules, but to be eligible, all prize claims must be claimed by January 15, 2027 at 11:00pm EST.

The following prizes are available to be won in each Contest Week across Canada in relation to Scratch Cards (each, a “Prize”). The first five Prizes are the “Weekly Prizes”. The last three Prizes are the “Savings Prizes”:

Contest commences on November 5, 2026 at 12:00am EST, and Scratch Cards will be issued online at globalpetfoods.com through November 25, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. To be eligible, INSTANT WIN prizes as outlined above must be redeemed online only (and not in store) by December 10, 2026 at 11:59pm EST. To be eligible, all other prizes must be claimed through the Global Pet Foods Corporate Office in Brampton ON by January 15, 2027 at 11:00pm EST.

Scratch Cards are generated and allocated by an automated system, and the Weekly Prizes allocated to a Contest Week will be awarded in that Contest Week. Liability for technical errors, or for a Scratch Card that does not load or display correctly, is limited to issuing another Scratch Card. If, due to a technical or any other type of error, there are more Prize claims than Prizes for any level, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining Prizes for that level through a random drawing of all eligible Prize claims for that level.

Contest Scratch Cards obtained through unauthorized sources or which are altered, reproduced, forged, counterfeited, generated by automated means, or irregular in any way, are automatically void. Scratch Cards issued to an email address that does not belong to the participant, or issued to more than one email address used by the same person, are void, as is any Prize revealed on them. Participants who use multiple email addresses or accounts, or any automated means, to obtain additional Scratch Cards may be disqualified. Scratch Cards are the property of the Contest Sponsor, and may not be sold, transferred, or used for any other promotional, commercial, or other purposes without the authorization of the Contest Sponsor.

Prize claimant must be a resident of Canada. To be eligible to claim a Prize, Prize claimants must have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence or in the event a person under the age of majority receives an eligible “Winning” Scratch Card, they are permitted to transfer such Scratch Card to their parent or legal guardian, who will then be the eligible entrant.

Employees, representatives or agents of, or those domiciled with an employee, representative or agent of, Global Pet Foods L.P. (the “Contest Sponsor”), the consulting, advertising and promotion agencies of the Contest Sponsor, and the providers of Prizes are not eligible to participate nor win a Prize in this Contest. Employees, representatives or agents of Global Pet Foods L.P. as described in this paragraph are limited to those employees, representatives or agents who are providing services in any way to Global Pet Foods L.P. The Contest is not open and void where prohibited by law.

By participating in this Contest, each entrant (and, if a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees to be bound by these official rules and all decisions of the Contest Sponsor, Global Pet Foods, which are final. Without limitation, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to administer an alternate skill-testing question (see Rule 8) as it deems appropriate to address discrimination or disability issues.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash by prize claimants. Winning Scratch Cards and Prize codes are not transferable or convertible to cash except as specifically provided herein.

Each confirmed winner will be notified by and/or will receive their Prize from the Contest Sponsor. All Prize claims become the property of the Contest Sponsor and no correspondence will be entered into except with potential and confirmed winners. By participating in this Contest, confirmed winners are deemed to have consented to the disclosure of their personal information to Prize suppliers for the limited purpose of delivery of Prizes. By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Contest Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing, and using the personal information only for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with the Contest Sponsor’s privacy policy (available in English at www.globalpetfoods.com/privacy-policy). This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide to the Contest Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

By claiming a Prize, Prize claimants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, and/or place of residence, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Contest Sponsor in perpetuity and in any media world wide.

Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete or misdirected emails or Scratch Cards, or for any technical failure, or website or network unavailability, that prevents a participant from receiving or playing a Scratch Card.

By accepting a Prize, winners release the Contest Sponsor, the prize providers and each of their parent, affiliated, and related companies, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Prize.

The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the contest at any time, if it determines that for any reason the contest cannot be run as originally planned or for any other occurrence compromising the fairness or integrity of the contest.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English official rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest related materials, including, but not limited to: the Prize claim forms, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these English official rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event the Contest Sponsor becomes aware of any such discrepancy or inconsistency, the Contest Sponsor will place a correction notice on their website in the News section at www.globalpetfoods.com. These official rules are available in English only.

This Contest is sponsored and managed by Global Pet Foods L.P.

If the claimant is eligible to win an “INSTANT WIN” prize, including a percentage-off prize, as previously outlined, the prize may be redeemed online only at globalpetfoods.com and cannot be redeemed in store. The prize may be redeemed on any online order placed at globalpetfoods.com until December 10, 2026 at 11:59pm EST, including on the day the Prize is won. INSTANT WIN prizes cannot be redeemed after that date. To redeem, enter the promo code shown on the Scratch Card. One (1) INSTANT WIN prize may be applied per order.

If the claimant is eligible to win any prize not categorized as “INSTANT WIN”, as previously outlined, the claimant must follow the below steps to claim their prize:

1. KEEP the winning Scratch Card.
2. Email contest@globalpetfoods.ca the unique code found on the winning Scratch Card and the type of prize the claimant is eligible for.
3. The Contest Sponsor will reply with a Prize Claim Form that must be fully completed in order to claim the prize. Included on the Prize Claim form is a mathematical skill-testing question that must be correctly answered without any assistance, mechanical or otherwise, before the claimant can claim a prize.

   NOTE: the claimant must notify contest@globalpetfoods.ca by 11:00pm EST on January 15, 2027 in order to qualify. Any Prize claims received after 11:00pm EST on January 15, 2027, will be deemed null and void.

4. The claimant will then return their completed form by email to contest@globalpetfoods.ca for verification.
5. Once the claimant’s form has been received by the Contest Sponsor, and all information as well as the winning Scratch Card code is verified, the Contest Sponsor will coordinate issuing the Prize.
6. In the case of Travel Gift Card prizes, once the winning Scratch Card code has been verified and the skill-testing question has been correctly answered, the Travel Gift Card will be delivered to the winner by email. The Travel Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions of its issuer (see note * under Prizes Available), is not transferable, is not convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded. The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees and costs above the value of the Travel Gift Card. All bookings are subject to availability.
7. In the case of Global Pet Foods Gift Card prizes, once the winning Scratch Card code has been verified and the skill-testing question has been correctly answered, the physical Gift Card will be mailed to a Canadian mailing address provided by the winner. Gift Cards are not convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
