We are excited to share that Global Pet Foods will be taking part in the #BettyWhiteChallenge on Monday, January 17th to mark the icon’s 100th birthday.

As a devoted animal lover, Betty White dedicated her time to help animals in need. Her admiration for all animals inspired the #BettyWhiteChallenge which asks fans of the actress and fellow animal lovers to donate $5 or more to animal rescues or shelters in her name.

Global Pet Foods will match all donations received through the Global Pets & Animals Foundation up to $10,000 on Monday, January 17th. Donations will be made in Betty White’s name to a Canadian animal rescue or shelter in need.

Global Pet Foods has been a strong advocate in supporting Canadian animal charities through our annual Show Us Your Heart campaign raising funds to assist local animal rescues and associations with total donations exceeding 2 million dollars.
