Our goal is to satisfy our customers by exchange or refund as outlined in this policy. Global Pet Foods will refund purchases returned in original packaging with a receipt within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form of tender with which the product was purchased.
*All pet food and treats (except raw food) can be returned in the original packaging as long as there is more than three quarters of the food or treat remaining
Goods returned opened, along with a receipt, can be exchanged or refunded to a Gift Card within 30 days from the original date of purchase. If a Gift Card was used as a partial tender, then that returned amount will be placed on a new Gift Card before other tenders are applied.
There are some exceptions to our policy regarding returns and refunds. These include:
- Clearance Items
- Special Orders
- Raw Food
- Litter Pans
- Sanitary Products (Pet Diapers)
- Cat Trees
*In the event that a customer has returned more than three (3) items with or without receipts within a 45-day period, the cash register system will automatically flag the transaction, and the Store Manager or the Owner-Operator of the store must approve the return but is not required to do so. These cash register messages will remain for six months and will disappear if there are no more returns during that time period
