THE “Global Pet Foods 2025 Scratch & Win” CONTEST
CONTEST RULES (the “Rules”)
The “Scratch & Win” contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Global Pet Foods L.P. (the “Contest Sponsor”). The Contest begins on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 12:00am EST or store opening, whichever is later (the “Contest Opening Date”), and ends on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 11:59pm EST or store closing, whichever is earlier (the “Contest Closing Date”).
The Contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence by the Contest Opening Date, except for employees, agents, mandataries, and representatives of the Contest Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, affiliated companies, advertising or promotion agencies, suppliers of material, prizes, and services related to this Contest, and any other stakeholder directly related to the holding of the Contest including Air Miles Loyalty Inc., as well as the members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children and legal or de facto spouse) and anyone with whom these employees, representatives, and agents reside. Entrants may be asked to provide proof of residency prior to being declared a winner.
i. TO PLAY: Commencing on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 12:00am EST or store opening, whichever is later, customers at any participating Global Pet Foods stores across Canada will receive one Contest Scratch Card with any purchase, while supplies last.
Each Scratch Card contains one (1) scratch section (“Scratch”), that when uncovered, reveals a Prize message printed on the card. A prize message will describe the specific prize available to be won. To claim your prize, refer to instructions under General Rules. To be eligible, all prize claims must be submitted by January 16, 2026, at 11:00pm EST.
ii. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY: To obtain a FREE Scratch Card and/or a copy of the official rules, please send a FREE Scratch Card request in writing to:

All requests for a FREE Scratch Card must be postmarked by November 19, 2025, at 11:59pm EST and received by December 8, 2025, at 11:59pm EST. Limit of one FREE Scratch Card request per envelope with sufficient postage, while supplies last. No mechanical reproductions of requests permitted. All FREE Scratch Card requests must include a postage-paid, self-addressed envelope.
There are a total of 167,678 Scratch Cards produced. Scratch Cards will be available for distribution through November 19, 2025, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.
The following prizes are available to be won at the beginning of the Contest across Canada in relation to Scratch Cards (each, a “Prize”):

All Prizes will be awarded by the Contest Sponsor.
The approximate retail value of AIR MILES® Bonus Miles™ Prizes depends on the chosen method of redemption, available Reward options at the time of redemption, and the balance preference between AIR MILES® Cash and AIR MILES® Dream Accounts. The AIR MILES® Bonus Miles™ prize is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the AIR MILES® Reward Program as amended from time to time. The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be accepted as awarded.
There are a total of 167,678 prizes available to be won during the Contest Period. The prizes and their corresponding approximate retail values (“ARV”) and odds of winning are outlined below. The overall approximate odds in Canada of being eligible to win are outlined as follows:

All prize values are approximate and were determined based on average retail prices at the time the Contest launched. Actual value may vary depending on product pricing, regional differences, or other factors outside the Sponsor’s control. The Sponsor has made reasonable efforts to estimate fair market value as of the Contest start date.
For free product and discount prizes, approximate retail values are based on the average in-store retail price range for those items across participating Global Pet Foods locations at the time of contest launch.
In the event that any prize (or any component thereof) is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize (or component) with another of equal or lesser approximate retail value. If a product or brand is unavailable at a participating store, a comparable item of equal or lesser value may be substituted without prior notice.
i. Contest commences on November 6, 2025, and Scratch Cards will be available through November 19, 2025, or while supplies last. Instant Win prizes must be redeemed in store by December 10, 2025, at 11:59pm EST or store closing. All other prizes must be claimed through Global Pet Foods Corporate Office in Brampton, ON, by January 16, 2026, at 11:00pm EST.
ii. All “Winning” Scratch Cards for Travel Vouchers, AIR MILES® Bonus Miles™, and Gift Cards have been individually inspected and confirmed to be legible. Liability for irregular, illegible, or blank Scratch Cards is limited to replacement with another Scratch Card, while supplies last. If, due to error, there are more Prize claims than available prizes, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to award remaining prizes through a random draw of eligible claims.
iii. Contest Scratch Cards obtained through unauthorized sources, or which are incomplete, mutilated, altered, reproduced, or irregular in any way, are void.
iv. Prize claimants must be residents of Canada and of legal age of majority. If a person under the age of majority receives an eligible winning card, it may be transferred to their parent or legal guardian.
v. Employees, representatives, or agents (and those domiciled with them) of Global Pet Foods L.P. or AIR MILES Loyalty Inc. are not eligible to participate. Contest void where prohibited.
vi. By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these official rules and all decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are final.
vii. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash. Winning cards are not transferable or convertible except as provided herein.
viii. Confirmed winners will be notified and/or receive their prizes from the Contest Sponsor. All Prize claims become property of the Contest Sponsor. By participating, winners consent to the disclosure of personal information to prize suppliers for delivery purposes and agree to the Contest Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.globalpetfoods.com/privacy-policy.
ix. By claiming a Prize, winners consent to the use of their name, photograph, and place of residence without further compensation.
x. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Scratch Cards.
xi. By accepting a Prize, winners release the Contest Sponsor and its affiliates from liability related to use or misuse of prizes.
xii. Contest Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the Contest if it cannot be run as planned.
xiii. In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and other Contest materials, these Rules shall prevail. Corrections, if required, will be posted at www.globalpetfoods.com.
xiv. This Contest is managed by Global Pet Foods L.P. AIR MILES Loyalty Inc. and Tripcentral.ca are not connected to the management of this Contest.
If the claimant is eligible to win an Instant Win Prize, as outlined above, the prize can be claimed at the time of scratching the Scratch Card on the same or a subsequent transaction until December 10, 2025.
i. KEEP the winning Scratch Card.
ii. Email contest@globalpetfoods.ca the unique code found on the winning Scratch Card and indicate the type of prize.
iii. The Contest Sponsor will reply with a Prize Claim Form that must be completed in full. The form includes a mathematical skill-testing question that must be correctly answered before the claimant can claim the prize.
iv. Notify contest@globalpetfoods.ca by January 16, 2026, at 11:00pm EST to qualify. Prize claims received after that time will be void.
v. Mail the completed form and winning Scratch Card to:

vi. Once verified, the Contest Sponsor will coordinate prize issuance.
vii. Travel Vouchers: Travel Vouchers will be fulfilled through Tripcentral.ca and sent via email. They have no expiry date, no cash value, and may be used toward vacation packages, flights, day trips, most hotels, insurance, and taxes. They are not redeemable on hotel-only or car-only bookings unless purchased through one of Tripcentral.ca’s suppliers.
viii. AIR MILES® Bonus Miles™ Prizes: Winners must be AIR MILES® Collectors or enroll at airmiles.ca. Bonus Miles will be deposited into the winner’s account within eight (8) weeks of verification.
