Responsibilities:
- welcome and assist customer\'s needs
- provide excellent customer service
- operate a point of sale system
- provide product and pet based knowledge
- follow all company policies and responsibilities
- work in a team setting
- receiving inventory and stocking shelves
- cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the store appearance
- provide \"carry outs\" for customers
- lifting heavy items upwards of 50 pounds
- undergo frequent product training

Job Requirements:
- high School diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work days/evenings/weekends
- read, write and communicate in English
- reliable transportation
- sales, retail or customer service experience
- passion for animals
